Chema Ibáñez
José Mª. Ibáñez, aka Chema, was born in 1974 and currently lives in Barcelona, although he has also spent time living in Zaragoza and London.
He graduated in Technical Engineering for Industrial Design by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has a Masters in Design Engineering by the Universitat Politécnica de Valencia.
He combines his profession with teaching at the Elisava Escola Superior de Disseny, where he is in charge of the Project Department of the Engineering for Industrial Design studies.
The Gros collection has been designed by Chema for Wathcelona.
